1. Do you deliver worldwide?

We deliver all over the world, but beyond Spain and Portugal you must quote a price.

2. What are your delivery rates?

Delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout in the case of Spain and Portugal. In all other countries it is by quotation.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card and Paypal payments.

For Portuguese bank account holders we offer MBWAY and MULTIBANCO payment options too.

4. I can’t see my country of shipment available - does this mean you don’t ship to me?

If you cannot see your country of shipment as an available option, we should still be able to deliver to you. Call or email us for further information.

5. When is my order shipped?

All business day orders until 2pm are shipped on the same business day.

Remaining orders are shipped on the next available business day.

Pre-orders are shipped on the announced day.

6. How are delivery costs priced?

Shipping costs vary depending on weight of parcel and location of delivery.

7. Can I make a bulk order?
